Q: What is the delivery area? How do I know if my address qualifies for delivery service?

A: We proudly serve a specific part of the Texas market; including The Woodlands, Spring, Montgomery, and other north side communities. Q: What if I got an error while ordering that indicated my delivery address was not in the service area? Do I have other options?

A: If you are in the Houston area and would like to ask for a delivery exception, please email your request to info@woodlandsholidaydelivery.com or call 1-844-394-6363. Depending upon availability, we do often make exceptions. Please be prepared to hear that there may be an extra delivery fee for an exception.

Q: Can you explain my delivery options?

A: We provide several great options.

Economy/Standard $15.00

Standard delivery requires that the order was placed before 2:00pm CST the day before the desired standard delivery date option.
The first attempt to deliver will be made before 7:30pm CST for residential addresses and 5:00pm CST for commercial addresses. If the recipient is unavailable during the first attempt and no instructions to leave the gift basket was included in the order, the driver will leave a delivery notice and re-attempt delivery later. No refund will be made available if the recipient is unavailable during the early attempt.

Holiday $25.00

Holiday delivery requires that the order was placed before 2:00pm CST the day before the desired holiday delivery date option. Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa.
The first attempt to deliver will be made before 7:30pm CST for residential addresses and 5:00pm CST for commercial addresses. If the recipient is unavailable during the first attempt and no instructions to leave the gift basket was included in the order, the driver will leave a delivery notice and re-attempt delivery later. Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: You should receive an SMS and/or email when your order is delivered. If you have not received any notice and would like to inquire, please fee free to call 1-844-394-6363 during business hours and one of our customer service representatives will happily review and report the status of your order.

Q: How do I know exactly what comes in my basket?

A: We work hard to make sure that we have exceptional gift options with affordable price points. For that reason, it is important that each customer reviews the product description of the basket you plan to order to make sure you are happy with the gifts, candy options, decor options, wine options, and floral options. Please note that while we work hard to provide photos of the exact basket offered in each product, the pictures are for advertising and may not accurately reflect all basket inclusions. Please review the product descriptions.

Q: Are there any delivery requirements when wine or other alcohol options are included in my basket?

A: We are compliant with all state and federal laws. We have taken the time to be properly licensed for everything we offer. The only thing you need to do if you order a basket that includes wine or other alcohol-related gifts is to have someone 21 or over available to sign for the basket upon delivery. If we attempt to deliver and discover that there is not an adult over 21 years or older to sign, we will refuse to deliver and reschedule the delivery without extra charges for a time an adult over 21 years of age is available.

Q: Why am I being charged sales tax?

A: Texas Sales & Use Tax for The Woodlands area requires 8.25% sales tax added to each purchase sold by Woodlands Holiday Delivery.

Q: How do I know that 15% of sales are going to help the charities list on the website?

A: We made a decision in Jan of 2017 to dedicate a significant portion of all sales to helping animals in our local community. We have committed to making quarterly donations to each 501c3 beneficiary:

  • The donation dates for the first quarter (Jan-March) is April 15th, 2017.
  • The donation dates for the second quarter (April-June) is July 15th, 2017.
  • The donation dates for the third quarter (July-Sept) is Oct 15th, 2017.
  • The donation dates for the fourth quarter (Oct-Dec) is Jan 15th, 2018.
